Job summary

MISSOURI ORGANIC RECYCLING INC seeks a safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to manage wheel-loaders and skid-steers while keeping the recycling yard clean, organized, and customer-friendly.

You will load materials into trucks, maintain bulk yard products, and perform basic equipment upkeep. The role requires strong safety habits, reliable attendance, and the ability to follow supervisor directions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused candidate with a strong safety record.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Experience operating front-end loaders and skid-steers safely.
• Good communication and customer service with customers and team.
• Dependable and able to work full-time 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Safely Operate heavy equipment, including front-end loaders and skid-steers.
• Load materials into trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.
• Maintain bulk yard products and ensure proper organization of materials.
• Assist in keeping the recycling yard clean by removing trash and contaminants from brush and yard waste.
• Perform basic upkeep of equipment, including cleaning and checking fluid levels.
• Follow supervisor instructions and company safety standards at all times.
• Support general grounds keeping and other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

Missouri Organic Recycling is seeking a safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating wheel-loaders and skid-steers while helping to maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly recycling yard.

Pay: Starting from $24.00 USD per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely Operate heavy equipment, including front-end loaders and skid-steers.
• Load materials into trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.
• Maintain bulk yard products and ensure proper organization of materials.
• Assist in keeping the recycling yard clean by removing trash and contaminants from brush and yard waste.
• Perform basic upkeep of equipment, including cleaning and checking fluid levels.
• Follow supervisor instructions and company safety standards at all times.
• Support general grounds keeping and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications we consider:

• Strong commitment to safety in all aspects of work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience operating front-end loaders and skid-steers safely.
• Good communication and customer service skills; able to interact professionally with both customers and team members.
