Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Mechanic to maintain and repair our company-owned equipment and trucks at our Michigan facilities. You will perform oil changes, diagnostics, routine maintenance, and parts management to keep production and distribution running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on experience with diesel or heavy equipment repairs, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in diesel engine repairs, two-cycle engine repairs, or heavy equipment repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Welding certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform services and repairs to company-owned equipment and vehicles safely.
• Clean, lubricate, and perform routine maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
• Complete maintenance paperwork in a timely manner.
• Research, order, and maintain parts inventory for services and repairs.
