EquipmentShare is seeking a Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic) in Bryan, TX. You will maintain and repair a diverse fleet of heavy machinery and aerial lifts, leveraging OEM data to diagnose issues and guide repairs.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and customer service while staying current with on-the-job training and tool usage. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Must own tools applicable to position.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; order parts; diagnose issues from data.
• Repair and maintenance of heavy equipment, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Assist in training lower level technicians as needed.
• Maintain paperwork (work orders) daily.
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
