The position is outdoors year-round, may include swing shifts, and demands the ability to work weekends and holidays. Must have a valid California driver's license and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hydraulic systems, drivetrains, air brakes, and engines.
• High school graduate; auto shop or trade school experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend service manuals and document repairs.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot heavy equipment.
• Perform repairs and scheduled maintenance on buses, snow removal equipment, vehicle fleet and engines.
