Job summary

Tree Tech Inc. is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic in Foxborough, MA to maintain and repair diesel trucks and heavy machinery.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform routine maintenance, and keep precise repair records to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. The role requires at least 3 years of experience, strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and brakes, plus the ability to read schematics and manuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and braking systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine maintenance on heavy equipment, including oil changes, filter replacements, and brake adjustments.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues with heavy equipment, including diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and braking systems.
• Maintaining accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed on heavy equipment.
• Working closely with other members of the maintenance team to ensure that all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
