Job summary

Martin Marietta in Maple Grove is hiring a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to maintain and repair a diesel-powered fleet, including crushers, dozers, loaders and conveyors. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and complete component rebuilds at our modern maintenance facility in Minnesota.

The role requires 3–5 years of heavy equipment experience, a valid CDL (Class A or B), and knowledge of Cat ET/SIS and Volvo Prosis.

The Martin Marietta Upper Midwest Region is seeking a skilled and versatile Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team at our state-of-the-art Maple Grove Maintenance Facility. In this hands-on role, you'll maintain and repair a diverse fleet of diesel-powered mobile equipment and aggregate and asphalt plant machinery, including loaders, dozers, crushers, conveyors, and more. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, complete component rebuilds, and install mechanical systems that keep our operations running safely and efficiently. This job operates 100% of the time in a surface mine setting or shop setting.
