Job summary

Linder Industrial Machinery Company in Concord, NC is seeking a skilled preventive maintenance technician for heavy equipment. You will perform basic maintenance, oil sampling, oil changes, and inspections, following the maintenance manual and department guidelines.

Three to five years of technician experience and a High School diploma are required. A CDL-B with air brake endorsement is mandatory. A sign-on bonus up to $5,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of technician experience is required.
• Must have a CDL-B with air brake endorsement.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventive maintenance on heavy equipment.
• Obtain oil samples from equipment and drain/replace oil as needed.
• Determine required parts, materials, and tooling.
• Follow maintenance manual steps and procedures.
• Complete machine inspection reports and submit to management.
• Provide timely reports per department guidelines.
• Communicate PM issues to the manager.
• Maintain tools and work area in a safe, clean condition.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by the manager.
