Job summary

Constructors, Inc. is seeking a dependable Lowboy Truck Driver to join our team. You will safely operate a Lowboy truck and trailer to move heavy equipment between job sites while complying with DOT rules and company safety standards.

You will load and secure equipment, tarp and strap loads as needed, and perform pre/post trip inspections. This role requires a valid Class A CDL, clean driving record, and the ability to work a seasonal/ordered schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must have a current Class A CDL with a good driving record.
• Must have previous driving experience handling large trucks and hauling wide loads.
• Understanding of the Safety Rules & Regulations of the industry required.
• Must be able to work according to seasonal and order demand schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Lowboy truck and trailer to move heavy equipment.
• Load heavy equipment onto the lowboy with proper securing.
• Tarp, chain, and strap loads as required and ensure cargo is secure.
• Drive to destinations complying with commercial driving regulations.
• Inspect truck and equipment before and after trips and maintain logs per DOT rules.
