Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in building automation and industrial technology. The role focuses on maintenance and repair of heavy construction equipment in field and shop settings.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and the ability to read manuals and schematics. CDL preferred, clean driving record, and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience maintaining and repairing heavy construction, mining, quarry, or aggregate equipment.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, powertrain components, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and hydraulic or electrical diagrams.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on heavy mobile equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and diesel engine issues.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns in the field.
• Repair or replace components such as engines and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
