Job summary

Kirby-Smith Machinery, Inc. in Abilene, TX is seeking a Detail Associate to clean heavy construction equipment for rental readiness. You will wash exteriors and interiors using wash bay units and be on site to support the equipment lot.

This role requires a high school diploma, basic experience with heavy equipment, and ability to work in hot or cold conditions. Excellent attendance and safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Six months experience or relevant experience in operating heavy construction equipment preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Washes the exterior of the equipment using the wash bay unit.
• Cleans the interior of the equipment using wash bay equipment.
• Operates a variety of heavy equipment to move equipment on the lot and into/out of the wash bay.
• Maintains consistent on-site attendance and safety adherence.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
