The role requires CDL, solid knowledge of towing techniques, strong physical condition, and the ability to work independently. You will communicate clearly with clients and dispatch, and uphold all safety regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Heavy Duty Wrecker Driver with CDL.
• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle recovery and towing techniques.
• Able to operate safely in varying conditions with heavy recovery vehicles.
• Good physical condition and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergencies.
• Familiarity with safety regs and adherence to standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy-duty wreckers to recover, tow, and transport large vehicles safely and efficiently. You will be an essential part of ensuring the prompt and safe assistance to clients in need of heavy vehicle recovery, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy-duty wreckers to recover and tow disabled or damaged large vehicles and equipment
• Respond promptly to service calls and provide on-site recovery solutions professionally
• Inspect and maintain towing equipment to ensure safe operation
• Document towing and recovery activities accurately, including incident reports
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and dispatch teams
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies during operations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Heavy Duty Wrecker Driver with a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle recovery and towing techniques
• Ability to operate and maneuver heavy recovery vehicles safely under various conditions
• Good physical condition to handle demanding work
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Effective communication and customer service skills
