Job summary

Velocity Vehicle Group in Fontana, CA is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve heavy-duty truck issues in partnership with service techs. You will analyze trends, maintain records in VVG's ticketing system, and tailor hands-on support to staff across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years diagnosing heavy-duty trucks (preferably Daimler OEM).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong customer support skills.
• Strong computer & system knowledge; experience in Procede preferred.
• Industry-specific certification(s).
• Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and complete records for technical support resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Develop rapport with staff to tailor hands-on support to their skills.
• Maintain ethical and professional behavior with users and colleagues.
