Job summary

Jobot is seeking a skilled Auto Body Repairman to repair trucks and heavy‑duty construction equipment in our on-site facility. The role emphasizes welding, sheet metal work, and preventive maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on auto body repair experience, strong welding skills, and a valid driver’s license. ASE certification is a plus, with full benefits and permanent employment offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical auto body training preferred.
• At least 3 years' experience as Auto Body Repairman focusing on trucks/heavy-duty equipment.
• Welding and sheet metal fabrication proficiency essential.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to work in demanding environments.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ASE certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues in trucks and heavy-duty equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance including inspection, tire rotation, and oil changes.
• Utilize welding to repair metal body parts and structural components; fabricate sheet metal parts as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of services and parts used for each job.
• Work with team to complete large-scale projects and ensure safety.
