Job summary

Oshkosh Corporation, Inc. is seeking Assemblers for our Dodge Center, MN production facility. You will assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics on products, following diagrams and safe procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.

Minimal qualifications include a HS diploma or GED and ability to read a tape measure; 6S standards, safety rules, and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure.
  • Willingness to learn and operate a truck for material transport.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics onto products using safe and proper tools and techniques.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components; review diagrams to guide repairs.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment following 6S standards and safety procedures.
  • Identify and assist in implementing corrective actions to keep sales order configuration correct.
