Job summary

FleetPride, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Tulsa to generate pick tickets, process orders, and assist customers by phone on sales orders. You will stage loading, load/unload trucks, and ensure proper paperwork with signatures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Heavy duty truck or automotive parts knowledge/experience.
• Excellent communication (oral & written).
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to operate power industrial equipment (e.g. forklifts).

Responsibilities

• Generate pick-tickets and pick orders from the warehouse.
• Answer inbound calls to obtain sales orders from customers.
• Stage loading of trucks; load and/or unload trucks.
• Provide parts to the customer while maintaining paperwork bearing customer’s signature.
• Pickup parts to be returned to the store with signatures as required.
• Inquire about customer needs related to additional sales, services, etc.
• Collect money from customers and record transactions on receipt.
• Record sales and deliveries information on daily records.
• Maintain routine maintenance on truck and keep it clean inside and out.
• Unpack received parts and place on shelves; stock and organize cores.
