FleetPride Memphis is seeking a Big Parts Picker responsible for selecting large, heavy outbound freight to match pick tickets while maintaining a steady production rate. The role requires operating a RF scanner and various forklifts to move parts safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate solid communication skills and the ability to differentiate between quantities and case counts, with physical stamina for lifting and moving parts throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• RF Scanner experience required.
• Ability to distinguish picking quantities and case counts.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience operating riding jack, order picker, reach trucks and sit-down forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Use RF Scanner to pick orders while operating a forklift.
• Ensure freight is stacked safely, organized and within guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
