Job summary

Wille Truck Service is seeking Heavy-Duty Diesel Technicians at multiple experience levels to diagnose and repair diesel trucks and heavy equipment. You’ll work on Ford F-550s, Kenworths, construction equipment, and more, with a schedule Monday–Friday and flexible hours.

Competitive pay at $20–$50+ per hour plus bonus, with weekly pay. Training and career growth opportunities are available in a well-equipped shop with multiple bays and lifts.

Qualifications

• Diesel, truck, commercial-vehicle, or heavy-equipment experience
• Mechanical aptitude appropriate to assigned repairs
• Dependable work habits and willingness to improve
• Diagnostic and electrical skills for advanced technicians
• Ford, commercial-truck, or off-road-equipment experience is especially relevant
• ASE or related certifications are a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel trucks, commercial vehicles, and heavy equipment
• Perform mechanical repairs, maintenance, and general service
• Troubleshoot electrical, drivability, and diesel concerns
• Service off-road and construction equipment
• Use diagnostic tools and software
• Assist with repair estimates as needed
• Work will be assigned according to each technician’s experience and abilities
