Adams Crane Hire And Rigging / Superior Crane and Rigging in Florida seeks an experienced mobile crane technician to read diagrams, diagnose, repair and service crane systems. Travel to field sites is required periodically, and a valid driver's license is needed.

You will perform preventative maintenance, identify replacement parts, follow safety rules, and communicate clearly with supervisors. Overtime and some weekend work may be required; uniforms are provided.

Qualificações

• 3+ years mechanical diagnostics experience.
• Experience or training in electrical and mechanical fields.
• Ability to drive a company service truck.
• Read diagrams, schematics, and manuals to determine procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read Diagrams and schematic drawings and service manuals to determine work procedures
• Carry out preventative maintenance programs
• Must be able to identify all types of crane components
• Must have a strong background in electrical, drive train, engines, hydraulics, and computer-controlled systems
• Identify and request replacement part to perform repairs
• Understand and comply with all Safety and Environmental requirements
• Examine parts for damage and excessive wear
• Read and understand operating manuals, part manuals and blueprints
• Ability to work overtime as well as some weekends is a plus, but this is not often required
• Travel is required periodically for the field part of this job, a valid drivers license is needed and satisfactory vehicle, field tech will also need to collect parts.
• Must be capable of communicating effectively and professionally with supervisors and other personnel

Experience / Qualifications

• Mechanic experience
