Job summary

Clean Conscious LLC is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment across assigned spaces. You will perform routine cleaning tasks, disinfect common areas, and ensure standards and schedules are met.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures, with attention to safety and proper chemical handling. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize floors, surfaces, and restrooms using appropriate supplies and equipment
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and remove trash and recycling from assigned areas
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, countertops, and fixtures
• Restock cleaning supplies and paper goods as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals correctly and safely
• Perform routine deep cleaning tasks when assigned (e.g., baseboards, windows, or specialty areas)
• Notify a supervisor of any damage, safety hazards, or maintenance needs
• Maintain an organized storage area for cleaning tools and products
