The position requires familiarity with AutoCAD, Excel, and project scheduling tools, plus a Bachelor’s degree and OSHA 10. We offer competitive pay of $90,000 to $125,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year reception/admin experience; construction env preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and evaluate drawings and specs.
• Complete submittals, RFIs, pay apps, change orders, permits, SWPPP.
• Use AutoCAD to review drawings.
• Update documents with Microsoft Office.
• Use Excel to manage data and costs.
• Understand job cost phasing and communicate with site staff.
• Update project schedules with KeyStyle and P6.
• Monitor critical path and timelines.
• Attend meetings with schedule ready.
• Create three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Maintain budget and stay within project phases.
• Coordinate with utilities and Blue Stakes; collect permits.
