Qualifications

• Experience estimating heavy civil construction projects, including grading, utilities, and site development.
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans, specs, and contract documents.
• Proficiency with takeoff software and cost estimation methods.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for bid packages and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specs, geotechnical reports, and bid documents.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for grading, earthwork, utilities, and sitework.
• Develop labor, equipment, material, subcontractor, and production-cost estimates.
