Metric Geo in Northern California is seeking a Project Engineer to join a growing general contractor focused on transportation and heavy civil infrastructure. You will support delivery of highways, bridges, site development, and other major projects, working with design teams, inspectors, and field staff to ensure quality and schedule adherence.

This role offers exposure to large-scale infrastructure and room to develop technical and leadership skills as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering heavy civil/highway projects.
• Knowledge of project engineering processes and coordination with contractors.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage field engineering tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams on highways, bridges and site development.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and inspection teams.
• Assist in schedule, cost control and QA/QC activities.
