Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a form carpenter in heavy civil, highway, bridge, or industrial construction.
• Experience with wood, gang, steel, and modular forming systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Construct, assemble, install, and dismantle concrete formwork.
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Verify dimensions and alignments of forms before concrete placement.
