Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking an experienced heavy equipment operator for our Texas-based projects. The role focuses on operating crawlers or rubber-tired machines with excavator buckets to support heavy civil and infrastructure work.

Based in McKinney, you will work outdoors in varying weather conditions, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with teams to ensure safety and efficiency on site. Strong construction experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Less than a High School Diploma and related construction experience.

Responsabilités

• Operate a crawler or rubber-tired machine mounted with an excavator bucket.
• Excavate ditches, structures and mass excavations, lay pipe and precast concrete structures.
• Load trucks and place rock riprap; may use hydraulic attachments.
• May oil, grease, or service the machine.
• Make necessary adjustments to equipment as needed.
• Comply with safety policies and report unsafe activities.
• Provide leadership to others through example and knowledge sharing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
