Job summary

Pro Sitework is seeking a Heavy Civil Excavation Foreman — Lead Site Operations in Monroe, NY. You will own field operations, directing crews, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring safety and quality on residential, commercial, industrial, and government projects.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Direct daily field operations and lead crew members to ensure heavy civil projects are completed on schedule.
• Interpret complex blueprints and site plans to guide daily excavation, grading, and utility workflows autonomously.
• Manage high-value heavy equipment and optimize on-site material placement to maintain strict quality standards.
• Lead by example on-site, fostering strong team cohesion, clear communication, and high workplace morale.
• Make proactive, real-time decisions on-site to overcome daily logistical challenges and avoid costly project delays.
• Maintain strict adherence to site safety guidelines and maintain accurate daily field reporting.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven track record leading field crews and running site operations on heavy civil earthwork projects.
• Demonstrated ability to hand-read project plans, run equipment, and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with workers, clients, and managers.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• 5 years of related work experience in heavy civil, excavation, or site development construction.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
