Job summary

gpac is actively recruiting two Civil Estimators for a well-established Heavy Civil contractor in Northeast Ohio. The roles cover earthwork, site development, stormwater, sanitary sewer, waterline, concrete and other civil estimating duties, with opportunities from mid-level to senior estimator.

Qualifications

• 3+ years estimating experience in civil/heavy civil projects.
• Experience with earthwork, utilities, stormwater, sitework or related disciplines.
• Ability to read drawings and prepare bid packages.

Responsibilities

• Estimate earthwork and mass excavation for civil projects.
• Estimate site development, grading, and concrete scopes.
• Estimate stormwater, sanitary sewer and waterline works.
• Prepare bid takeoffs and support proposals.
