• Must be reliable, responsible and dependable with work attendance.
• Previous construction experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy materials.
• Ability to travel throughout the country approximately 25%.
• OSHA 10 and/or 30 is a plus.
• Fast-paced environment requires adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation and cleanup.
• Load and unload materials and tools.
• Operate basic construction tools and equipment.
• Assist with pouring concrete.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
