Granite Construction is seeking hands-on workers to support heavy civil projects in the United States. This role involves physical labor, operating hand tools, and following exact procedures to install piping, pour concrete, and complete earthwork tasks.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and on-the-job training. Candidates must be able to lift heavy materials and work in varied outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent years of experience.
• On the job training required.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds as part of daily tasks.

Responsabilités

• Digs, spreads, and levels dirt and gravel, using pick and shovel.
• Lifts, carries, and holds materials, tools, and supplies.
• Cleans tools, equipment, materials, and work areas.
• Mixes, pours, and spreads concrete, asphalt, gravel, and other materials, using handtools.
• Joins, wraps, and seals sections of pipe.
• Performs routine tasks such as removing forms and placing culverts.
