Qualifications

• Experience as a carpenter on heavy civil construction projects (preferred).
• Understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
• Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers).
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Ability to work at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Build wood and metal forms for concrete structures per specifications.
• Set up and secure forms; ensure stability and alignment.
• Maintain and repair forms between uses to extend lifespan and safety.
• Dismantle, clean, store or dispose of forms after use.
• Use hand tools, power tools and measuring tools to perform work.
• Adhere to safety protocols and report hazards.
• Coordinate tasks with team for productivity.
• Regular and punctual attendance.
