Job summary

Responsibilities

• Reads assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists; gathers parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
• Assembles components; checks fit and measures to ensure tolerances; adjusts as needed
• Performs preventive maintenance; troubleshoots malfunctions and calls for repairs
• Maintains safe and clean workplace; completes production and quality forms
• Manages supplies inventory and reorders stock as needed
