Role Description

This full-time, on-site Heating Air Conditioning Technician role is based in Mount Juliet, TN. The technician installs, maintains, and repairs commercial HVAC systems, including troubleshooting equipment issues and performing diagnostic testing. Daily responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, inspecting components, replacing parts, and ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely. The role also involves responding to service calls, documenting work performed, collaborating with other trades as needed, and following company and regulatory safety standards. Technicians may also assist with related refrigeration, electrical, or plumbing tasks on commercial projects.
