Aventure Staffing is seeking an experienced Heating & Air Conditioning Service Tech/Installer to join a locally owned HVAC company in Iowa. The role covers service and installation of residential and light commercial systems, with potential boiler/hydronic work.

Requirements: HVAC degree or license in Iowa, EPA certification or company help to obtain, valid driver’s license, reliability and strong communication skills. Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, pay depends on experience, benefits provided.

• EPA certification or company-supported path to certification.

Heating & Air Conditioning Service Tech/Installer Mon - Fri, 7A - 3:30 PM Pay depends on experience

Our client is looking for an experienced Service Tech/Installer to add to their team. Excellent opportunity to join a locally owned heating & air conditioning company that's been providing quality heating & cooling products to their customers for 15+ years. From sales and service to installation, maintenance and repair, they are ready to handle any residential or light commercial job from start to finish. This position will provide service & installation of residential & light commercial HVAC systems. They may also do some work with boilers and hydronic heating.

Requirements

• Previous HVAC experience that includes both install and service work
• HVAC degree (2 year Associate or 1 year certification) and/or be licensed in the State of Iowa
• Valid Driver’s License
• Solid Job Tenure & Work Ethic – Be dependable, responsible, reliable – show up for work on time and each day
• Good communication skills & ability to talk with customers and build rapport
• Duct work experience preferred but not required
• EPA Certification (if do not have, company will help candidate obtain)
• A drug screen and background may be required.
