As a Professional Service Technician, you are a key member of our team responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing & providing maintenance on HVAC and Refrigeration systems. You will also build customer relationships with quality workmanship and honesty, which also includes offering additional beneficial services.

2 Years prior experience in the HVAC industry and have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers is required. Ideally, you are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and manage time effectively.

Specific Responsibilities

• Assess, troubleshoot, repair and make recommendations to existing HVAC/R equipment.
• Manage time efficiently while providing quality workmanship.
• Perform regular tune‑ups and maintenance.
• Complete all paperwork, collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed daily.
• Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and stocked.
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross‑training in related positions.

Job Requirements

• 2 years of Experienced Residential HVAC and Refrigeration knowledge.
• On Call Rotation/Overtime when required.
• CFC Certification.
• Valid State Driver's Licence & clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance and personality.
