About the Role:

The Heat Treat/Tocco Technician plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by ensuring that metal components undergo precise heat treatment procedures to achieve desired mechanical properties and performance standards. This position involves operating and monitoring heat treatment furnaces, including Tocco testing equipment, to verify material hardness and quality. The technician will collaborate closely with production and quality assurance teams to maintain process consistency and troubleshoot any deviations. Minimum Qualifications:
