Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills to navigate intranet and locate process documents.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions and basic prints/dimensions.

Responsibilities

  • Work safely under PPE and safety guidelines.
  • Adhere to quality processes and perform in-process inspections.
  • Correctly access and interpret documentation such as H-Specs.
  • Lift up to 45 lbs (repetitive).
  • Work overtime as needed.
  • Perform intermediate racking/loading of product in furnaces.
  • Meet area/product production standards.
  • Complete process and operation documentation for traceability.
  • Perform basic PM tasks (filters, etc.).
  • Review furnace charts and audit other operators' charts.
  • Operate hoist and adjust furnace controller patterns per H-Spec.
  • Adjust furnace atmosphere controls to specification.
  • Collaborate in a team environment and assist others as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Description

Working with minimal assistance, heat treat operators perform intermediate heat treat tasks such as pull and verifying DPS/AMS docs, perform equipment set up including furnace burn out, leak test, OPM, loading required recipe, and perform basic equipment maintenance. Which includes inspecting thermocouples, verifying certs, and producing required graphs for quality, demonstrating intermediate knowledge of materials and heat treat processes.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
  • Adheres to quality processes including in-process inspection to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
  • Correctly access and interpret documentation (H-Specs, etc.)
  • Lift up to 45lbs (Repetitive)
  • Able to work overtime as needed
  • Perform intermediate racking and loading of product (Furnaces)

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $23.00 to $30.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter.
