Job summary

Metallus Inc. is hiring a Thermal Treat Furnace Operator to work in processing seamless tubing, bars, and related furnaces. You will coordinate furnace activities, control heat-treating cycles, ensure product quality, and support inspections and production reporting.

On-the-job training is provided. Qualified applicants have a high school diploma or GED, can read schedules, monitor temperature controls, and operate or learn to operate overhead cranes and forklifts in a safety-conscious

• Ability to read and follow production schedules and thermal treatment procedures.
• Ability to understand and monitor temperature controls, heat treating cycles, and production specifications.
