Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Heat Seal Operator to join its active production facility. You will apply and remove emblems and ID tape/bar codes on uniforms using an industrial heat sealing machine, performing repetitive motions throughout the shift.

Daily accuracy for inventory control is essential, with housekeeping and strict adherence to health and safety standards. The role requires standing, bending and lifting as part of a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Willing to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.

Responsibilities

• Apply and remove company/name emblems and ID tape/bar codes with an industrial heat sealing machine.
• Perform repetitive motions with standing, walking, bending and lifting during the shift.
• Maintain daily accuracy for inventory control and accountability.
• Keep the workspace clean and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Support general production duties as assigned.
