Job summary

Boxercraft in Mableton, GA is seeking a Fusion (Heat Press) Operator to apply designs onto apparel including tees, hoodies, and hats. This full-time, onsite role requires precision, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities include executing production work orders, selecting heat press settings, aligning transfers, inspecting for defects, and supporting process improvements. Training across departments may occur.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience operating heat press, screen printing, or garment production environments is a plus.
• Basic proficiency with production equipment and tools; willingness to learn new machinery.

Responsibilities

• Execute production work orders at specified quantity and quality.
• Review work orders for design specs, placements, and garment types.
• Set heat press settings (temperature, pressure, time) based on material.
• Arrange garments and transfers with proper alignment.
• Inspect transfers for defects and ensure quality.
• Provide input for process improvements and cross-train when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned areas.
• Meet daily output targets and assist other departments as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
