Job summary

Tucker Door & Trim Corp. is seeking a Heat Press Operator to support the Glass Line and Window Production Team in Monroe, GA.

This full-time role runs 6am–4pm, Monday through Friday, with competitive benefits including health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k). You will stand for extended periods, monitor glass as it moves through the heat press, safely handle sheets, lift up to 50 pounds, and read and follow work orders with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Stand for extended periods while monitoring glass during heat press.
• Safely handle glass sheets and maintain quality to minimize breakage.
• Read, understand and follow work orders and production instructions.
• Accurately apply thermal gas and processing requirements per specs.
• Maintain concentration during repetitive tasks.
• Cross-train and assist in other production areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate heat press on glass line and monitor production flow.
• Maintain quality standards and minimize breakage of glass sheets.
• Read and follow production orders and specifications precisely.
• Assist in related production tasks such as glass washing/cutting if needed.
