Job summary

MatWorks in Dalton, GA is seeking a qualified candidate to operate Heat Press machines, feed materials, and lift up to 50 lbs. The role requires attention to safety, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include following production schedules, verifying materials before processing, achieving daily quotas, and keeping workstations clean and organized.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled area.
• Reliable transportation to and from site.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Obtain a production schedule from the lead
• Verify the material before feeding the materials onto the Heat Press machine
• Produce quantity needed on a daily basis to ensure quotas are met
• Make sure the workstations are clean and organized
• Any other duties assigned by the production supervisor or lead
