An established industry player is seeking a HeartCode Training Specialist to provide essential training and support for HeartCode customers. This role involves delivering both initial and ongoing training, ensuring effective use of HeartCode products, and participating in collaborative events that strengthen partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult education, clinical experience, and familiarity with AHA BLS and ACLS requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Training, Education, Healthcare or related discipline preferred.
• At least one year of experience teaching adults with documented success.
• Sound grasp of adult learning principles.
• Knowledge of AHA BLS and ACLS requirements and guidelines required.
• Clinical experience required.
• Software application training experience a plus.
• Experienced BLS/ACLS instructor, especially using HeartCode products, highly desired.
• Prior experience as a HealthStream Learning Center administrator a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and ongoing training for HeartCode customers.
• Support sales by participating in pre-contract HeartCode pilots.
• Participates in pre-contract HeartCode pilots and HeartCode e-learning workshops.
• Supports HealthStream/Laerdal partnership through collaboration and training opportunities.
