Baystate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Heart and Vascular Unit at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. This 34-bed acute care cardiovascular telemetry unit delivers care for post-operative cardiac surgery and vascular patients.

The RN role is part-time, night shift, 24 hours per week, requiring MA licensure, ADN (BSN preferred), and current BLS/CPR. Join a specialized team committed to quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience

Responsibilities

• Provide care based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, educational, spiritual, safety, and age-appropriate considerations.
• Assume responsibility for the plan of care and decisions for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Provide direct patient care and collaborate with the healthcare team.
