Mayo Career Site US is seeking a Cardiac Monitoring and Interpreting Technician (0.8 FTE) to support the Heart Rhythm and Physiological Monitor Laboratory.

The technician will surveil, analyze, and provide preliminary interpretations of heart rhythms and physiological data, in resting or active states, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and ensuring accurate documentation. Sponsorship for visas is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Surveillance, analysis and preliminary interpretation of heart rhythms at rest or during exercise.
• Provide direct patient care for diverse patient populations.
• Operate and troubleshoot monitoring devices; calibrate equipment.
• Prepare patients/equipment for testing and record data in reporting systems.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and communicate abnormal signals.
