The role offers exposure to a range of duties in a dynamic hospitality environment. Ideal candidates have housekeeping experience, a neat and pleasant personality, and strong time-management and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hotel housekeeping or similar environment.
• Polished and friendly demeanor with guest focus.
• Able to manage time and multitask across areas.
• Able to stand for long periods and be on feet.
• Clear communication with guests and team.

Aufgaben

• Engage with guests to ensure a smooth stay.
• Walk assigned floors to maintain cleanliness and collect items.
• Deliver towels, linens, and amenities on request.
• Assist room attendants and perform duties when needed.
• Maintain public areas to department standards.
• Support heavy cleaning and turnover tasks as required.
• Respond to guests in a friendly, helpful manner.
