Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Folsom, CA is seeking motivated Heart of House team members to help prepare and cook menu items to our quality standards. You will maintain a clean, safe kitchen and ensure timely delivery of orders in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have or be willing to obtain required food safety certifications, and be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and long shifts. Join a team that values quality and teamwork in a high-energy dining atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Team oriented mindset and reliable attitude.
• Must obtain and maintain food safety certifications where required by state/local law.
• Experience in kitchen/restaurant environments preferred.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts extending past midnight.
• Ability to work 6+ hour shifts.
• Stay detail-oriented in fast-paced dining rooms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Work closely with managers and team members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering consistent, high quality food.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts that extend past 12:00 AM.
• Ability to work shifts of 6 hours or longer.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
