Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a team-focused Kitchen Team member to join our Heart of House. You will prepare and cook menu items, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, and ensure timely, high-quality food delivery.

You’ll collaborate with managers and teammates to keep the kitchen running smoothly and support a great guest experience. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and late shifts, along with proper food safety certifications where required by law.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast paced kitchen environment.
• Must obtain and maintain required food safety certifications where required by state or local law.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Work closely with managers and fellow team members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering consistent, high quality food.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Team oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications, where required by state or local law.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts that extend past 12:00 AM.
• Ability to work shifts of 6 hours or longer.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
