Buffalo Wild Wings in Cerritos, CA is seeking Heart of House team members to cook, prep, and maintain quality across shifts in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You will follow recipes, ensure food safety, and work with managers and teammates to keep the kitchen running smoothly. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within a team-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications as required by state or local law.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts past 12:00 AM.
• Ability to work shifts of 6 hours or longer.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.

• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering consistent, high quality food.
