Regions Hospital in Minnesota seeks a Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team. You will perform non-invasive cardiac testing, coordinate care, and educate patients and families in a collaborative environment.

The role involves overseeing exercise programs, evaluating responses to therapy, and working with the pacemaker/ICD/EP clinic for remote monitoring. Monday–Friday schedule with potential weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant health field (nursing, PT, OT, exercise physiology, or PE).
• Current MN licensure if clinical background is RN, PT, or OT.
• BCLS and ACLS certification required within 6 months.
• Ability to assess heart rate, blood pressure, and read ECG rhythms.
• Knowledge of contraindications for stress testing and exercise prescription.
• Ability to educate patients on health topics.

Responsabilités

• Obtain diagnostic information from non-invasive cardiac testing.
• Carry out physician orders and provide a safe therapeutic environment.
• Coordinate, communicate, and interpret patient care with families and health professionals.
• Participate in inpatient and outpatient treatment of cardiovascular/pulmonary diseases.
• Oversee patient exercise program and evaluate response to exercise.
• Collaborate in pacemaker/ICD/EP clinic for remote monitoring management.
• Assist with reprogramming Pacemakers/ICD's.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
