Baptist Memorial Health Care is seeking a nurse to administer IV therapies and provide patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. The role emphasizes adherence to state nursing rules and preservation of patient autonomy and dignity.

The incumbent will complete required IV therapy training and maintain BLS certification, with TN/AR-specific course requirements. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

  • BLS certification required within 14 days of hire.
  • Must have LPN or MS-IV certification.
  • TN and AR IV course/training as defined by state boards.

Responsabilités

  • Administers IV therapy in accordance with BON rules.
  • Delivers patient care under direction of the licensed RN.
  • Maintains patient autonomy, dignity and rights during care.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
