Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network in Pennsylvania seeks an experienced CRNP to join the Heart & Vascular Institute. This outpatient position focuses on Heart Failure, HCM, Pulmonary Hypertension, and Amyloid conditions, with no call responsibilities and a high-volume clinic.

You will provide advanced practice care as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with cardiology physicians, nurses, and staff. PA Medical License is required; board certification or eligibility in cardiology preferred;

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in cardiology or relevant field.
• Outpatient heart failure clinic experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced practice care for Heart Failure patients in a high-volume outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in continuous education and quality improvement initiatives.

We are looking for an experienced CRNP to join our specialized Heart Failure team. This is an outpatient position, with no call responsibilities. This is a high-volume practice, seeing patients with Heart Failure, HCM, Pulmonary Hypertension, and Amyloid conditions. By joining the team at the Heart and Vascular Institute, you'll be joining our team of innovative clinicians. LVHN was the region’s first to perform transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) and is recognized as a center for performing complex mitral valve repair surgery.
